I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The smart room features were a hit with my family, especially with my daughter enjoying the play area and the pool overlooking the dancing fountain. However, the mix-up with the room keys and luggage upon arrival was a bit frustrating.

Staying at Okada Manila from 3rd October 2018 to 6th October 2018 in the luxurious Manila Suite was an amazing experience. The rooms facing the fountain are beautiful, modern, and very clean, offering a fantastic stay. The service, from the welcoming outside the hotel to the attentive staff and generous coffee refills, was top-notch. The location, although a bit far from some attractions, is good and well-secured. Dining options were gastronomically good, albeit with occasional long queues. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent rooms and service.
